Our Motives and Purpose

Over half of all strategic alliances fail: they either fail outright or there is significant untapped value.[i] The primary and unaddressed cause is a failure in relationship.

If we as alliance managers do not focus on relationship, no one else will and we will stay stuck in mediocrity. Our need to focus on relationship via the practical application of spiritual principles is, in fact, a strategic imperative.

Purpose

As a starting point I offer my purpose.
