To bring greater consciousness into business by
increasing the value creativeness in strategic alliances.

Awakening begins within relationships. Our most challenging relationships are our best crucibles. We grow as we allow them to change us. These relationships become homes of healing and value-creation.

Strategic alliances are about long-term value-creation, which makes them the most challenging form of business relationship. Deep change and growth begin here. It is in these relationships where business awakens.

Starting in strategic alliances, capitalism will become ever more value-creative. Businesses will become conscious, highly-productive communities.

The workplace becomes a second home for all who enter with love.

Engagement Objectives:

  2. Continue the practice of self-obsolescence by sharing these ideas with others (servant-leadership).
  3. Provide an expanding platform for bringing new services into the world based on these ideas.

 

Engagement Model:

  1. Transform your most challenging, complex and important strategic alliance; bring me your most impossible business relationship. Roughly half of my time will be spent here.
  2. Be of service to other strategic alliance managers. Provide just-enough and just-in-time training, coaching and consulting services focused on spiritual principles and practices.  Roughly one-quarter of my time will be spent here.
  3. Continue writing whitepapers and my next book, as well as offer new consulting and coaching services. Roughly one-quarter of my time will be spent here.
